Changes to Scheduled Services

Any changes or cancellations to the scheduled move must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Failure to notify us within this time frame may result in additional fees.

Liability

While we take great care in handling your belongings, American Moving and Storage Company is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control.

Insurance

We provide basic insurance coverage for your items during the move. However, for additional coverage, we recommend purchasing supplemental insurance. More details will be provided upon request.

Prohibited Items

We are not responsible for transporting hazardous materials, flammable items, or other dangerous goods. A full list of prohibited items will be provided upon booking.

Storage Services

If you use our storage services, your items will be stored in secure, climate-controlled facilities. We are not responsible for any damage to items stored beyond the basic insurance coverage, and we recommend you arrange for additional insurance if needed.
